Once we receive your order you will be shipped a necklace that has been hand made, inspected and in perfect condition.

Riverstone is not responsible for  necklaces or beads that have been broken due to mishandling or improper use.   These things are are strong but not unbreakable.

There are no returns or trades on necklaces.  Unless you are returning a damaged necklace, all sales are final.
